One of the many things I love about Baldino's is their fresh bread and freshly sliced meat!! Every time I have been I am blown away by how yummy the sandwich is!! My go to's are the boars head turkey sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak. The actual sandwich itself is huge as well so you feel like you are getting your moneys worth!!
Had another fresh delicious sub today in downtown Macon. Missed them when they were gone.
I moved to GA from Philly so it's really nice to have a spot close by that can fix my hoagie cravings. I didn't like the macaroni salad but the hoagies were amazing.
I haven't been to a Baldino's in 15 years, so I worried that my memory might be a bit of hype. Nope! The bread on this sandwich was the softest sandwich bread I have ever had. If it had been any softer it couldn't have held the meat. And so fresh! The shop is just downtown on Cherry street, so easy access and street parking. It's a sandwich shop, so nothing special inside. However, service was fast, and food was great!
Baldinos was gone for awhile. I very glad there back. Friendly service. Best sandwiches, fresh. There in a good place to service downtown. Keep up the good work!!!
This was one of the only restaurants that didn't have a ridiculous wait, even in an off hour in the afternoon, during the cherry blossom festival. My bf and I split a steak/peppers/onions/cheese on white hot sandwich. It definitely hit the spot and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the stools near the window to watch what was going on outdoors during the festival.
